AAA Advertising Specialties has one of the most straight forward and simple Privacy Policies in the advertising specialties business. Quite simply, we DO NOT provide ANY of your personal information to ANYONE for ANY reason.

So feel confident and assured any personal information you provide us by ANY means goes nowhere. No partners, no marketing emails in the future.

Return Policy

You can shop with confidence at AAA Advertising Specialties. We will replace, or have repaired, at our option, any item that prove to be defective in either material or workmanship.

In the case of custom imprinted items, we will replace or provide a refund, at our option, the cost of any item purchased, less shipping and handling, that have been incorrectly imprinted due
to our error.  All claims of defects in materials or workmanship must be made in writing within five (5) business days of receipt of the product or item. Because of the nature of custom imprinted products that have been imprinted at a customers direction and are only of use to them, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for any other reasons than those stated above.

If you have been advised that the artwork your have provided for imprinting is not acceptable as "camera ready artwork" and do not provide replacement art that meets industry standards in a timely fashion, we cannot be held responsible for the quality of the imprint or delays in delivery.

Please be advised that because of the methods used in custom imprinting, some products we offer are subject to as much as a 10% over or under run. You will be charged for the actual quantities shipped from the manufacturer only within these limits.
